Carly supports recruiting efforts for Lenora Capital. She has over 15 years of experience specializing in recruiting and human resources management. Previously, she focused her career in the luxury hospitality and senior living industries. She collaborated with senior leaders on people-related matters for teams ranging from 100 to 4,000 members, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.
Carly is a Washington native and in her free time, she enjoys traveling abroad, hiking in the PNW, wine tasting, cooking for friends, and seeing live shows. Above all, she loves spending time with her husband and German Shorthaired Pointer, Tug. She received her bachelor’s degree from Washington State University.
