James is an Associate with Lenora Capital’s real estate team focused on identifying and analyzing investment opportunities. Before joining Lenora Capital, James spent 3 years at Heartland, LLC, providing strategic advice on real estate projects, including large land developments, tower in-fill projects, and unique acquisition/disposition opportunities. James began his career in the tech sector and spent 10 years as a product leader at both Amazon and Glympse.
When he is not working on real estate opportunities, James enjoys skiing, car repair, and triathlon training. He also loves to spend time with his family and dog in the parks and mountains around Seattle. James has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Neuroscience from Amherst College and a Master of Real Estate from the University of Washington.
