Scott is a director with Lenora Capital’s real estate team and leads the group’s due diligence, consulting, and tax strategy efforts. Scott has a strong background in private real estate investments with a keen understanding of market dynamics across multiple sectors and geographies. His comprehensive vetting and diligent risk management are critical in sourcing investment opportunities and implementing effective strategies and structures to drive optimal returns at Lenora Capital. In addition, Scott has a strong proficiency in real estate tax strategies, where his ability to navigate complex tax regulations and leverage strategic deductions or deferrals has delivered substantial savings for investors. Before joining Lenora Capital, Scott was a Principal at Tessera Group where he oversaw asset management for properties on the west coast. Prior to that he was a Regional Vice President with Spectrus Real Estate, where he oversaw real estate syndication.
While not in the office, Scott enjoys spending time paragliding in the Cascade Mountains, spending time with his family, or working on one of his vintage Porsche 911s. Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Geoscience from the University of Montana.
