Tyler is a managing director of Lenora Capital, leading the team that deploys capital and provides consulting for private equity and venture capital investments. In this capacity, he is responsible for strategy and execution to deliver value and generate returns across the portfolio. Before Lenora Capital, Tyler spent eight years as the Chief Operating Officer of Brighton Jones and was responsible for all business functions that grew the company’s AUM, revenues, and team 5x over that period. Tyler has an extensive background in private investing, having deployed over $100m of capital across dozens of deals, including early-stage venture capital, growth equity, mezzanine debt, and real estate. He is currently involved with Evergreens, LOGE, and Blueprint Capital boards. Tyler has previously invested with and led portfolio companies for three private equity firms.
Before his business career, Tyler was a professional swimmer representing the United States National Team and achieved top-10 world rankings. Collegiately, he was a multiple-time NCAA champion and American Record holder. Tyler has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
